The Valdosta High School Fine Arts Facility consists of a new 990 seat auditorium with a full orchestra pit and fly loft. Other supports spaces include a band room, indoor practice space, individual practice booths with instrument storage cabinets, and faculty offices.

Construction took place on the existing Valdosta High School campus, a challenging site, within close proximity to the existing facility. Temporary pedestrian tunnels were constructed to protect students as they traveled to the main parking lot through the project site. In addition, temporary fencing was installed to maintain separation between the active campus and the construction site.

All work was completed on an occupied campus.
