Perimeter Crossing Condominiums consisted of constructing twenty (20) new three bedroom, two and a half bath, condominiums on a new two acre site. Each unit contains 1,560 heated SF, a single car garage, and is separated by a two hour separation wall. Other features include stained raised panel cabinets, wood base, and crown molding throughout, upgraded flooring, lighting and plumbing fixtures.
