The First State Bank consisted of constructing a new 5,350 SF one-story branch bank on a 2.42 acres site. The facility included new offices, vault, teller lines, and automobile drive up teller service.

The project also included all site development to include water and sewer services, site grading, drainage, sidewalks, curb and gutter, asphalt paving and landscaping.
